The "Laid Back on a
Mountain Top" Indaba
This was the Indaba that almost
wasn't..... Brett was away on what turned out to be the "train trip from
HELL", and many others had previous engagements...
BUT, as usual, a small band of people
turned up and we had a great Indaba !
We met at the top of Mt Wolvi, and
soaked in the scenery and the great weather. (but it DID get HOT ! )
There were some people who had camped there the previous night, who told of their travels
and experiences to our early "arrivers"....

Warm day... warm hearts |
We had a leisurely
morning tea (which seemed to go on all day.....) and chatted about everything from
reincarnation to "eagle eyes" to sausage roll recipes, to ....
The subjects rolled into each other and
we discussed the pros and cons of each, delving into the depths of some, and light
heartedly skipping over others...
Morning tea became lunch, as we
continued our discussions into all sorts of things and munched our way through our food
supplies...

Les suggested a TaiChi
session, and those of us who weren't too sleepy followed his moves, accompanied by
soothing taped music, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience... (a first for some of us ! )
We related our thoughts and impressions that we experienced during the session, and
it was interesting to hear that almost everyone who participated, experienced something
that was "for them"....
All in all it was a GREAT DAY (even with the heat) and all who attended, left with
a wish to "do it again"....

Sometimes it is better to dance on a mountain top with your own thoughts, than to dance to
the tune of the "controllers" in this world.....
